Jade Egg Practice

The Jade Egg practice is estimated by some to be approximately 5,000 years old and comes to us from Taoism, being introduced to the West by Master Mantak Chia. As a potent tool of transformation, the Jade/Yoni Egg practice offers benefits ranging from the physical to the spiritual that include:

  • Strengthening the pelvic floor

  • Activating and circulating sexual energy

  • Awakening orgasmic potential and creative flow

  • Increasing sensitivity in the Yoni

  • Nourishing your Feminine Essence & Radiance

  • Lessening blood loss and discomfort of menstruation

  • Opening awareness of yourself as a creative, passionate, sexual Being

  • Prevents prolapse of internal organs

  • Prevents energy leakage

  • Regulates hormones--PMS, cramps, breast discomfort, peri/menopause

  • Enhances receptivity and power to magnetize your Heart’s desires

  • Preparation for childbirth & healing postpartum

  • Tones the vaginal canal and Gspot, enhancing sexual pleasure

  • Healing, integrating sexual trauma and shame

  • Deepening your connection to the Divine

  • Awakening a deep remembrance of who you truly are

  • Falling in love with being a Woman

*I also use the description “Yoni Egg practice” as precious stones other than the traditional Nephrite Jade can be used. Yoni is a Sanskrit word that can mean womb, source, origin, vulva, and Sacred Temple.

There are many ways to practice with the Jade egg-- from traditional Taoist practices to exploring your own unique ways of practicing. I like creating Magic and invite you to tune into your magical creativity once you have a basic Jade Egg practice established. Always treat your Eggs as the sacred tools that they are--kept with other sacred objects, or on your altar.

A few ideas to explore:

  • In addition to Jade, which is a balancing stone, tune into Rose Quartz or Obsidian Yoni Eggs. Rose Quartz has an affinity with the Heart and can strengthen the connection between your Heart and your Womb. Obsidian is very powerful in transmuting trauma held in the tissues and energetic spaces of the Yoni. Work with Obsidian only with clear intentions and after you have experience with the Jade egg

  • Bathe your Yoni eggs (Jade, Rose Quartz, and Obsidian) in the light of the Full Moon

  • Infuse your Yoni egg with an intention and/or prayer at the start of your practice & visualize this desire being planted in the fertile space of your Womb

  • Gather together with other women and practice together, setting a sacred space and sharing afterwards

  • Walking barefoot in Nature as you have your Yoni egg inside

  • Meditating while holding your egg in your hand, tuning into the energy and frequency of your egg

  • Journaling potent and relevant information and downloads you receive in your practice

  • Trust yourself to weave your own unique and beautiful way!

May you be blessed with Love, Truth, and Beauty.

Love,

Glenna
