Unworthiness

Unworthiness can sneak in from the sides, taking you on a tour of all your past “failures” and “shortcomings,” pointing to your struggles, convincing you to stay small, stay quiet so no one sees just how unworthy you are.

Unworthiness thrives in secrecy, lurking in the dark corners of our personalities that we turn away from, straddling the hurting parts of ourselves that we reject because of the painful feelings they drag along with them when they surface.

Unworthiness is a poison, and needs to be brought to the light to be healed.

My last Priestess School retreat with Sofia Sundari was deeply transformative for each woman present. We offered one another deep tenderness and presence as we bravely cracked open our hearts and faced it all, including the darkness of unworthiness. And we offered it up to the transformative power of Love.

I am here to say: You Are Worthy and You Are Welcome Here.

May we all remember who we truly are.
