Flower Essences are plant medicines that carry the vibrational energy signature of a particular flower. As vibrational medicines, essences offer us multidimensional healing on all levels of our Being—emotional, mental, psychological, physical, and spiritual.

All Essences offered are handcrafted intentionally with reverence, prayer and blessings. I invite you to set your own personal intentions as you work with each one. With these etheric medicines you are invited to step over the threshold and form relationships & partnerships with each plant as you travel on your healing journey together.

Essences are made by collecting flowers at their peak expression of growth and infusing them into Sacred Water under the vibrancy of the Sun for several hours. In addition to flower essences, you can work with leaf, tree, mineral, gem, and land essences. The possibilities are truly endless.

Enjoy 3-4 drops 3-4x day. You can take the essence directly into your mouth or add to a glass of water and sip throughout the day. Adding a few drops to your bath, third eye–or any other area on your physical body you feel drawn to–are other ways to connect with the energetic essence of the flowers.

All Essences are offered in Stock bottles which means you can make your own Dosage bottles or simply work with the Stock essence. I usually work with the Stock essence, but sometimes I feel called to make a more dilute essence.

To make a dosage bottle: Place 3-7 drops of the Stock essence into a 1 oz. bottle filled 2/3 with Spring Water and 1/3 with Brandy. There is no right or wrong way, only opportunities to play with the Plants and see what feels good for you. Enjoy!
