Each month I will tune in to the Energies that are present and create a specific Medicine to support you as you clear your energetic field and go deeper into your healing journey. I will share a Monthly Musing that speaks to what I am feeling in the Field, and I will offer suggestions on how to be with and flow with what is arising.

My intention for this offering is to share wisdom along with plant medicines and rituals to support you through the month, and beyond.
